The apartment is located in the Villa Dorota not far away from the promenade and the fine
sandy shore of the sunny Isle of Usedom. In 2005 the villa was totally refurbished and contains 17 holiday apartments. Since the single apartments are mainly used as holiday apartments by their German owners themselves the house is a very quiet one right in the middle of the health resort.

You can reach the shore via the promenade in a few minutes. Within 10 minutes you will get to the harbour and the inner city on foot. You will find a lot of stores there as well as restaurants offering a tasty and varied cuisine at a moderate price.

The fully-fitted, non-smoking apartment was renovated in 2008. Pets are not allowed. You can park your car on the car park (attended) right next to the villa. There you will also find a barbecue area. English - speaking receptionist will be waiting for you at the reception.
